Bumps: Pregnancy

So you are growing a human inside your body! Just wow! What an experience! Capturing your body and belly doesnt have to make you feel exposed or vunerable. I can work with you as to what you are comfortable with. You may or maybe want your partner there, you may not want any nudey shots, thats fine too! Here’s an example of a recent pregnancy shoot and some of the styles I can do for you.

Scallywag Collection Shoots

So heres an example of the style of images & variety from a Scallywag Collection Shoot or a general children's shoot through Renee Brazel Photography.

Shoots generally go for around 45 mins. Its freeflowing & the aim is to keep it fun, fun, fun so the smiles are really real!

Top 10 Images 2015

Here's a collection of images from last year. It was hard getting them to 10! 

A shot from an old favorite spot near Brisbane, Shorncliffe Jetty. The perfect moment.. though her Mum wasn't impressed with getting her dress dirty.. until she saw the images! 

This couple booked me for my relaxed non posed approach, and took it one step further, with about 5 mins of just them for photos. With an amazing location in Newstead, Brisbane at Light Space, this provided high ceilings & amazing architecture. 

I am lucky to splash around in water for my job occasionally. Well, I was saturated after this shoot at Sunshine Beach in QLD. Fab couple and bridal party who weren't scared of getting wet, or having alot of fun!

Photographing 3 kids under 6 the morning after halloween was challenging! But in between the chaos, this beautiful moment between twins happened. For all of about 2 seconds... but thats all you need for the perfect keepsake image! Captured at their home. 

I love it when couples just relax into a shoot, allowing their personality to come through. I love how this image shows a different side to being in love... its the fun, happiness & ultimately the friendship!

Aghh, a personal artty one. Occasionally (and I should do it more!) I will have a play around and do some creative shots. This one is just at home, while cleaning up the backyard of dreaded leaves dropping in Autumn. It captures the feel of the season, colours too. And I normally don't go for pinks!

A totally fun couple! A slightly posed shot, ie... 'just go and stand over there' style... it was amazing it get an intimate moment from such a distance, especially considering for most of the shoot they were mucking around and laughing! At Twin Waters Resort, near Noosa.

There were so many strong shots from this shoot, but this has to be my fav. It happened to be a rainy day, so we worked in the studio instead of the planned location shoot, but it didn't hinder our collaborative efforts.

Being able to capture the magic of childhood is what got me into photography to begin with. Being able to act like a kid to encourage kids to get away from the "say cheese" that's been drummed into them. Photographed at their home, allows these two to feel comfortable and play games!

I just love the softness of this image. Light, bright and airy... well windy! Often these types of shots ended up being the couples favourite, the captured on the fly style.
